What type of products does Metallmobell offer?

Do you ship to all of Spain?

Yes, we ship to all of Spain, including the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. We also ship to countries within the European Union. You can find details in our Shipping Policy.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

The usual delivery time is between 3 and 7 business days for domestic shipments, and 5 to 12 business days for the rest of Europe. If the product requires custom manufacturing, this time may be extended. We will always keep you informed about the status of your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link provided by the shipping company, so you can check its status in real time.

Can I modify or cancel my order once it has been placed?

If your order has not yet been prepared for shipping, you can modify or cancel it free of charge. Please contact us as soon as possible at customer.service@metallmobell.com, including your order number.

Yes. All our products come with a minimum two-year warranty, in accordance with current legislation. Some products may offer extended warranties, which are indicated in their product information sheets.

What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at customer.service@metallmobell.com. We will request photos of the damage and process a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition. See our Return Policy for more details.
